I'm the founder of Order & Grace, and for more than 15 years I've worked in senior marketing co‑ordination, events, and operational roles — the kind of fast‑paced environments where organisation isn't optional, it's essential. Managing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and complex logistics has shaped the way I think, work, and live. Structure, clarity, and calm systems have always been my anchor.

Over the years, I became the person colleagues turned to when things needed sorting, streamlining, or simplifying. Whether it was reorganising a chaotic events store cupboard, restructuring workflows, or bringing order to a project that had lost its way, I naturally gravitated toward creating systems that made life easier for everyone involved.

Outside of work, that instinct never switched off. I've helped friends declutter homes before big life changes, supported family members in creating calmer living spaces, and guided people through overwhelming moments where they didn't know where to start. Seeing the relief on someone's face when their space finally feels manageable — that's what lights me up.
